Student Of the Year opened well on day one with a 50% opening. The collections at multiplexes were better while single screens were lower. The film will need to show good growth on Saturday as its a big budget film and although the opening is good as per the cast and face value of the film its not so great against the budget. The film has mixed reports.

Delhi Safari is a poor fare with 5% opening collections. The film also had a 3D release but collections were awful even in 3D.

Aiyaa collected a very poor  5.75 crore nett in week one. DISASTER

Bhoot Returns also was very poor with around 4.75 crore nett week one. FLOP

Makhi collected a poor 3.25 crore nett in week one. The film was a big blockbuster down South but found no takers in the Hindi markets and could not find appreciation.

OMG! Oh God has emerged the sleeper hit of the year with a rock steady box office graph over three weeks. The film has collected around 72.50 crore nett in three weeks and each week as under 50% drop. SUPER HIT
