Jeeo Shaan Se is the story of three friends Gopala (Ayub Khan), Kishan (Vikas Bhalla) and Govinda (Jay Mehta). Kishan and Govinda believe in sexual promiscuity and and crave to have sex with a new girl everyday while Gopala is a simpleton. Kishan and Govinda consider girls as merely plaything. They exploit the vulnerable girls sexually and take pride in their manliness or male superiority often boasting their lopsided philosophy with the slogan Jeeo Shaan Se. Kishan father Brahma (Dharmendra) is a businessman but has two lookalike brothers Vishnu, a professor and Mahesh, a police inspector.
While on vacation, Kishan encounters Radha (Saakshi Shivanad) and first time feels differently. However when he returns in the company of Govinda who is still submerged in carnal sins, he forgets Radha and indulges once again in sin exploits. Sapna a morden girl whom Govinda had thought of as an easy prey, was a hard nut to crack contradictory to her appearance in spirit. She does not give in Govinda's advances nor she give up hope of winning Govinda's true love some day. Not with standing, Govinda falls for Anamika (Sheeba) and later shocked to find that she was a prostitude. When Radha comes to Bombay she catches Kishan flirting around and has been unfaithfull to her. Kishan realise his folly and loves to go back to Radha but she has lost faith in him.
Gopala tries to mend their philandering ways, however despite his genuine efforts they remain unvanquished. For Gopala love is a spiritual thing worth worshipping. In Gopala's life too creeps in a girl named Kiran (Monica Bedi) whose ideal is true defiant man. She had discarded off Gopala as a dud and later discover to her pleasant surprise that he is the real man fitting her ideal. The rest of the film is about these three pairs and the three lookalikes.
