Fast & Furious 8 is looking to become the highest grossing Hollywood film of the year by the end of its extended weekend. The target was probably the huge extended weekend 48 crore nett total of Fast & Furious 7 and that is why the film probably had a messed up release on Wednesday evening for no reason. That is unlikely to happen but it can beat the top grosser of the year so far which is XXX - Return Of Xander Cage in the five and a half day extended weekend. That film grossed a little over 38 crore nett. No Hollywood film has really succeeded this year with only Beauty And The Beast finding some appreciation from the families audience and getting a nice decent little run. Logan just about survived while all the others are duds in terms of collections and appreciation. The top five Nett grossers from Hollywood in India in 2017 are as follows.

1. XXX - Return Of Xander Cage - 38.39 crore

2. Logan - 32.86 crore

3. Kong - 26.64 crore

4. Beauty And The Beast - 20 crore (expected)

5. The Boss Baby 8  crore (expected)
