Jagga Jasoos has emerged the sixth highest opening weekend of the year and has beaten likes of Kaabil and Half Girlfriend despite basically being a niche film as far as content in concerned. The film is the smallest release among the top ten weekends of 2017 with 1750 screens with all others being 2000 or more barring Sachin - A Billion Dreams which was 1950.

The top five films Bahubali - The Conclusion, Tubelight, Raees, Jolly LLB 2 and Badrinath Ki Dulhania are all 40 crore nett plus and way ahead of Jagga Jasoos. Below are the top ten opening weekends of 2017. (All collections for Hindi language only)
