Toilet Ek Prem Katha has had the fourth highest weekend of the year and is better than the other Akshay Kumar starrer released early this year Jolly LLB 2. It is been a dull year as opening weekends go as can be seen with the difference between Bahubali - The Conclusion and the others but Toilet Ek Prem Katha is one of the better opening weekends of the year.

The film has collected similar to last years Rustom but the trend is better than that film over the first three days.
