Secret Superstar had good growth of around 80% on the national holiday as it collected around 9 crore nett. Its a good collections for the film as it has limited appeal although the presence of Aamir Khan gave the film higher expectations as far as the trade and media was concerned but eventually a film of this genre has a limited audience and the numbers will reflect that. The film has managed to collect a little outside the metros but that is because of the holiday period eventually the reports will tell there and it will be about what the film can do in metros from Monday onward. The collections of Secret Superstar till date are as follows.

The film has the same audience as other urban films like Dear Zindagi  and Neerja and it will be Monday that will decide where the film is going like all these urban films.
