Fukrey Returns has emerged a HIT film with the collections on Saturday morning and early morning running at around 35-40% higher than yesterday. The evening collections may not run at the same 35% higher rate as yesterday evening saw strong collections but the will be higher. The growth confirms a HIT film and the post Monday and second weekend business will decide if it can actually go higher than HIT status. The second day of the film should hit double digits of 10 crore nett and could even go higher to 11 crore nett.

These collections are coming with many circuits not doing as well as they can but Delhi / UP and East Punjab are running riot. The crowds in these circuits are lapping up the Choocha character played by Varun Sharma and it could be set for a long run in these markets and these markets sustain very well so the film could go anywhere. Delhi / Noida / Ghazibad will gross 4.75 crore nett apprx alone in two days and just these three cities are similar to whole circuit of Mumbai in the same period which is just insane. The director has obviously got the flavour and essence of Delhi right and the audience is lapping up the film. Despite the North touch, the Central India and Bihar markets are also performing well.
