Padmaavat grossed a huge 64.75 crore nett in its second week and this with some circuits not playing the film an no holiday. It is the sixth highest second week of all time but many of the highest second weeks have had the benefit of the holiday. The total of the film stands at 224.75 crore nett and should put up a healthy third week number.

There is competition from Padman but Padman is not that 4000 screen release which will completely take over the market. The film has hit 20 crore nett in Nizam / Andhra in just two weeks and will easily go past the 21.12 crore nett of Dangal in 2-3 days and this Dangal number is the highest collection ever in Nizam / Andhra for a Hindi film. The film is also huge in Mysore but might stay a little short of Dangal there. Mumbai is likely to do the business of a Sultan or even Bajrangi Bhaijaan without Gujarat which is crazy.
