After having fought three wars with Pakistan in the 50 years since Partition, the Indian intelligence agency comes up with a plan to gather irrefutable evidence that the Pakistani authorities are sponsoring terrorism inside India.

Is this writer a Pakistani agent, or is this part of a more sinister conspiracy?
