Siddhant Sharma (Mithun Chakraborty) is a head jailer. He is know as Hitler of his disciplinarian ways of working in his professional life and equally authoritarian at home with his family. Siddhant is married to Advocate Sheila S. Sharma (Shilpa Shirodkar) and has a son. He has a brother Amar who is a free bird and opposite to his brother. Amar falls in love with Priya (Dipti Bhatnagar) who is the daughter of wealthy man Daulatram (Satyen Kappu). Daulatram is not happy with their relationship.

One day Daulatram is killed by Ankush Raj (Raghuvaran) and Amar is blamed for it. The police arrest Amar and Siddhant also believes that his brother is a murderer but his wife Sheila believe that Amar is innocent. As She is a lawyer she defends Amar in the court and finds the truth about Daulatram's murder. Now Siddhant also teams up with his brother Amar to fight the goons.
