Dayashankar (Sunil Shetty) inherits heavy debts when his father expires. He has responsibilities of an old mother, an unmarried sister, and a married sister who has problems with her in-law. That would not only solve his mundane problems but also make him a rich man. So he arrives in Mumbai elated at the prospects. But to his surprise and shock, the family that occupies his property is unwilling to vacate what they believe is their domain.
