Mission Impossible - Fallout added 1.75 crore nett on Monday to take its 11 day total to 69.25 crore nett and it seems to be heading for a total of 80 crore nett which would make it the seventh highest NETT grosser for Hollywood in India. The film is in eighth position at the moment after 11 days but it should be able to cross the 76 crore nett of Avengers: Age Of Ultron though the 82 crore nett of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom may prove a step too far.

 

 

It will mean three of the top seven films will have releases this year which shows the numbers are getting bigger for the big Hollywood releases. There is still only two 100 crore films with Avengers; Infinity War at a crazy 228 crore nett but generally 100 crore nett is proving difficult. This is because its mainly action films that do the business and they are generally front loaded and slow down fast especially when there is a flow of Hindi films week in week out.
