Hichki might succeed in China as day two sees good collections of $1.75m apprx. The film was expected to do well in China and the local distributors opened it up on over 38000 screenings but the turnout was very low which meant the screenings were cut by 25% on day two but the collections have gone up almost 150% on day two.

The local distributors probably got confidence of a big start from Hindi Medium which opened to over $3 million but despite the low start all is even on day two as collections are where they should be and on the numbers of screenings given. Now it will be about if the film can go from here and get a run for a few weeks. the collections of Hichki in China for the first two days are as follows.

Friday - $740,000

Screenings  - 38,335 

Saturday - $1,750,000 apprx 

Screenings- 28,500 apprx

The two day total is around the $2.5 million mark (INR 18.50 crore)
