Thugs Of Hindostan has taken a huge hit on monday with collections of 5-5.25 crore nett. The writing was on the wall with what happened on Saturday and Sunday with a clash being inevitable and that is what has happenned.

This takes the business of the film to around 122.50 crore nett in five days and the first week will be looking at a total of 135 crore nett. The downfall is all over as even UP and Gujarat fall heavily on Monday despite the latter being on the last day of its Diwali holiday.

The film will continue to suffer over the next few days and also in the second week when business could be next to nothing and it could stay below the 150 crore nett mark which actually should have been covered in the extended weekend even if the film was just decent. Its a huge setback to the industry as its the big ones that have to score big to have a big year.

The best circuits will be Mumbai and Delhi / UP due to Gujarat and UP respectively while the South India is where the film has fared worst compared to other circuits.
