Super 30 had a fair first day collection around 11 crore nett on its first day. The film has done better in the metros with good performance in Mumbai and South circuits. Mysore, Nizam / Andhra and Tamil Nadu / Kerala have done well compared to other circuits and are the best performers. The openings in these circuits is better than a film liek Total Dhamaal which opened almost 16 crore nett all India.

The collections from Bangalore and Hyderbad are good pushing the Mysore and Nizam / Andhra circuits to good numbers. The film is a small town film but the Hindi belt as not performed with dull collections in UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, CP Berar and CI. Delhi NCR and East Punjab have ordinary numbers.

The opening is the 7th or 8th best of the year as Student Of The Year 2 collected 11.21 crore nett and this film could reach that total depending on the final number in Mumbai circuit. Its a low number considering its a Hrithik Roshan film coming after so long but the problem there is the type of film it is which offers little for the core Hindi audience. The film collected only 35 lakhs nett apprx  in CI and Hrithik Roshan was doing near these numbers way back in 2006 with Krrish. 

The film will be about the weekend trajectory and then the weekday numbers as it has a lot of ground to cover to become a success. Saturday is sure to make ground but the test will be Monday. The opening day numbers were better than Mohenjo Daro and Kaabil but both those films clashed with other films are now the tax scenario is different.
