Fast & Furious - Hobbs & Shaw had a pretty good weekend but collections dropped fast thereafter as the film did not find appreciation among the paying public. The film collected 53.25 crore nett in its first week which is not bad but the problem is the film struggled to keep afloat on the weekdays.

Fast & Furious 8 grossed almost 87 crore nett while Fast & Furious 7 grossed almost 98 crore nett and this film has no chance to reach the 87 crore nett mark of the last film. Even 75 crore nett looks pretty much impossible so the franchise is on a downward slide as far as business in India is concerned.

The dubbed versions of Fast & Furious 7 were excellent while this one has performed poorly in its dubbed versions. The Friday number will tell where this film can go but it will be a shortened six day week due to the Independence Day releases. 

As can be seen by the above the film will manage to cross Aladdin but thats about it but it has a far higher brand value than a Aladdin and should have been competing with Captain Marvel and Spiderman - Far From Home at the very least.
