Good Newwz showed good growth of 25% on Saturday as it collected in the 21.50 crore nett range to take its two day total to 39 crore nett. The growth of the film may not be as big as other metro dominated films but that is because other metro films dont have this type of opening day numbers without some sort of holiday factor.

The film is doing fantasic business in Delhi NCR and East Punjab and in the latter it has blockbuster numbers with Sunday sure to top the 3 crore nett mark. The growth on Sunday may not be huge as the higher end multiplexes do not have much space to grow compared to Saturday so the growth has to come from mass areas.  Wherever it lands on Sunday it is sure to be a very good weeknd for the film and then there is a the holiday period till Thursday which should ensure that the year ends with a HIT film at the very least.
