Tanahji - The Unsung Warrior has extraordinary collections in the third weekend of 25.50 crore nett which is the fourth best number ever after Bahubali - The Conclusion, Dangal and PK. In Maharashtra it has the best third weekend ever as its ahead of Bahubali - The Conclusion in the state. The film is like a Gadar or Bahubali in Maharashtra. The only film in the last 30 years or so which can be called bigger than Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior in Maharashtra is Hum Aapke Hai Koun and then Gadar, Bahubali 2 and Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior are the same range.

The total collections of the film are almost 219 crore nett in 17 days and it looks to be heading for that 260-270 crore nett range. The film could have done 300 crore if the film had worked good in North but the collections there are just about decent.
