Jawaani Jaaneman fell around 40% on Monday as it collected 1.75 crore nett which takes the business of the to 14 crore nett. The film needed to do better as opening was weak but it just about stays in the race and is depending on that second Friday. 

The first week collections of the film should be in the 18.5-19 crore nett range and if weekdays can hold well and then the second Friday drop is minimal it can get to a respectable number. The competition is not strong on Friday but even that may not help as its mainly NCR which is collecting. A better performance in Mumbai City and Pune could have helped the film. Other strong sustaining areas like UP, Central and Gujarat were never going to be with the film.

Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior collected 1.50 crore nett on its fourth Monday meaning the drop is a liitle more than its previous Mondays. the film is looking at week of 19 crore nett which will take the film to 250 crore nett plus.  It should continue for a few weeks yet as it wont have much competition in Maharashtra outside Mumbai and Pune in February unless some Marathi film comes in the way. 

The collections in Mumbai circuit are now 130 crore nett apprx while North (Delhi / UP, East Punjab) is just 44 crore nett apprx. The film is historic in Mumbai circuit while in North it will not even reach the numbers of a film like Dream Girl as it has 57 crore nett in North and Tanhaji - The Usung Hero looks 50 crore max in North.
