Cinemas have been open in UAE for over a month and although the market is dominated by Hollywood releases there has been three Hindi films to get screenings. Baaghi 3 which is a holdover from before the lock down has the best numbers though they are minimal like all releases
Good Newwz and Dream Girl were re releases and mainly saw screenings in the weekend. There have been markets like France and South Korea which has seen a solid return of the audience according to the circumstances as they have had some new local releases. The UAE market has not seen any new content over the last six weeks so has seen very low footfalls with collections 90-95% lower than a normal week before the lockdown.
