Vakeel Saab became the top weekend opener post covid19 and it will probably remain there for sometime with major filsm being postponed even releases from the telugu film industry which has done the since since cinemas reopened in October.
Its pretty much the same films for the top weekend which occupy the the top first days and all are from the South. There may be some order changes from the top first days but thats it. It has to be noted that the the Vakeel Saab numbers have come from far lesser screens than Master as that film had a pretty wide Hindi dubbed release which did not do much. Master came at a time of 50% occupancy rule though many places in Tamil Nadu allowed full occupancy.
The top ten opening day nett collections across India post the pandemic are as follows. In brackets are the respective industries which produced these films.
