Bell Botton saw growth on Saturday but it was not big growth as the film collected might just get to around the 3.25 crore nett mark. There is some healthy growth in Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Kolkatta but the film got extra properties in mass belts on Friday as new places become operational which helped the numbers in Rajasthan, CI and Gujarat but most of these places are down on Saturday. UP also continues going downward though Sunday should change that or hopefully change that.
The better news is from NCR and Bangalore which means Mumbai and Pune would also have grown well but they are not there for the film. Mumbai city and Pune were always likely to be two markets where the film would have performed better as compared to places like Punjab, Rajasthan and UP and the better occupancy in the big metros where it is playing reflect that.
Overall the growth is not there which would suggest a good prolonged run. The film will have the benefit of night shows in Delhi from Monday and the lack of competition in the next few weeks but that can only help the film to trickle along and not sustain like it needs to.
