Pushpa - The Rise has become the seventh South India film in history to crooss the 200 crore nett with Bahubali - The Conclusion leading the pack with a total of more than 1100 crore. Pushpa - The Rise has also become the highest grossing film in India in terms of NETT collections as it goes ahead of Spiderman - No Way Home which is a little short of 200 crore nett after seventeen days.

In terms of GROSS collections Spiderman No Way Home still leads the pack as it has 255 crore against the 238 crore of Pushpa but the way Pushpa is going in Hindi it should have the highest GROSS numbers also in the long run.  There are five films from Telugu cinemas and two from Tamil cinema to cross the 200 crore nett mark.with the first coming in 2010 with Endhiran. That film was the highest grossing film in India at the time in terms of NETT collections.

Generally all these films released in many languages barring Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo which releases in Telugu only and just about squeezed out a 200 crore nett total but for a single language film this is a huge number for a South film. Pushpa - The Rise should cross the 250 crore nett mark if cinemas stay open to become the fifth highest grosser from South India
