Drishyam 2 ended the week with another strong day as it picked up 8.50 crore nett on the final day of its week. This sort of number has been done by very few films post pandemic on day one and here Drishyam 2 is doing on day seven. It shows when a film is accepted by the public there is no stopping it.

The first week stands at 103 crore nett which is the fourth best ever for an Ajay Devgn starrer and the third best post pandemic after Brahmastra and Sooryavanshi.  The film should comfortably go above Sooryavanshi as all the main circuits outside Mumbai are better for Drishyam. This is even though Mumbai is the best circuit for Drishyam 2. The Brahmastra number is also not of the question but is much more of a stiffer task.

Drishyam 2 will face competition of Bhediya this week but it is an established film and it will hardly be affected and its really about how close it can get to that Thursday number. The higher say eight goes the higher the lifetime will be. The film should emerge a BLOCKBUSTER in the long run the way it is holding. The collections of Drishyam 2 till date are as follows,
