An Action Hero was very poor in week one collecting 8.25 crore nett and despite open week it will not collect much more though limited competition should enable it to get over 10 crore nett. Doctor G had grossed 19 crore nett in week one, Anek was 6.75 crore nett and Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui was 17 crore nett so the numbers here tell that Ayushmann Khurrana fits better in the humour zone just Doctor G and Chadigarh Kare Aashiqui  were not good as films and subjects were such that have a limited audience.

The bigger problem with An Action Hero then the numbers is the makers and actors actually think they have made a good film as they sent out note to media earlier this week. They seem to think as they have tried to make a different action film it is good when they should understand that different does not mean good. Good is only when the public gives thumbs up. This is the sad side of the film industry and it means more box office disasters like An Action Hero as there is still refusal to believe the truth and we dont mean refusing to believe the collections but refusing to believe that the content is trash.

Bhediya (Hindi) crossed the 50 crore nett mark at the end of its second week with a 12.75 crore nett week two total but it should have been easily crossing 50 crore nett in week one. The total so far is 50.50 crore nett and it should be a 55 crore nett pluh finish as long as the film does not drop much today.

Bhediya is also a so called novel and different type of film but going by figures and especially trend in mass circuits it is sure to be devoid of emotions as when these cicruits dont open but a film has emotions the trajectory would be better than this film has shown .
