Jawan (Hindi) scored a 21 core nett day on its seventh day taking its first week number to almost 323 crore nett which is the highest first week total ever beating the 317 crore nett of Pathaan. The hold on day seven was also good as the film dropped only 12%. The previous two days had seen cricket matches.

The film is still out performimg in circuits like Nizam / Andhra and Mysore as both these areas do higher numbers than an East Punjab and Gujarat / Saurashtra but the gaps are slowly closing.  In Mysore it will be the second highest grossing film ever after Pathaan by the end of its extended eight day first week. It is sure to beat Pathaan in Mysore and become the record grosser.

The first week is heading for a total of 340 crore nett plus and then its the crucial second Friday and this is just in terms of how big the film can become as its already a BLOCKBUSTER film.  The collections of Jawan till now are as follows.
