Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya got a decent first weekend at around 26.50 crore nett with good growth on Saturday but a limited jump on Sunday which was always likely due to less contribution from the mass circuits. .

The weekend business gives the film a chance and it all depends what it does over the next 10-12 days. the Monday number is crucial for its long term prospects but there is a buy one get one offer out there from today which will help the collections along until it is there. if the film holds better due to the offer then it will still be about whether it can stand alone post the offer.

The film will get a bump on Wednesday due to Valentines Day which will ensure a healthy first week number but its more about the trend and its about being at a decent number post the offer if it is to run well for a few weeks. The weekend numbers were the fifth best ever for Shahid Kapoor after Padmaavat, Kabir Singh, Udtaa Punjab and R..
