The release schedule is seeing a change as the industry takes a call that Pushpa 2 has no chance of making it on Independence Day. and there is a date of early December 24 also going but there is actually no official message from South that the film is being pushed. 

The word from the South has remained that the hero Allu Arjun who has a huge profit share in the film is adamant on the Independence Day date but this is probably to hold out on the date as long as possible as the unit always believes they can make it until it finally dawns on them.

It will be interesting if the official postponement does not come in the nextt few days but as of now Stree has moved to Indepencence Day while Veda and Khel Khel Mein had mad etheir announcements earlier. Stree 2 is alwso a huge film with its brand valuw which scored at the box office but more importantly scored big on satellite with would have enhanced its brand to a higger level. It remains to be seen if both Veda and Khel Khel Mein stay on teh date.

Singham 3 was always likely to be a Diwali date as it had no chance to come on 14th Aug and its officiallt been called now. Stree 2 and Singham 3 are probably the two biggest Hindi films this year and its a much that both films do big numbers.
