The holdovers Bad Newz and Kalki 2898 AD dominated this weekend with the best collections collecting in the 1.75-2 crore nett range. Bad News collected 1.85 crore nett taking its overall total to 62.50 crore nett and it will add another 1 crore nett apprx as the run will be curtailed by the new releases on Thursday.

A 63 crore nett plus final total is solid outcome for the filme spcially considering there was a big drop on the first Monday. There is $4 million also coming from overseas which means around 108 crore worldwide for the film. The film has done well in Canada and Australia. The collections of Bad Newz till date are as follows.

Kalki 2898 AD also sustained well collecting around 2 crore nett which takes the total of the film to almost 280 crore nett and here the film is also likely to add 1 crore nett more though the way Bangalore is going this centre could continue to add even after the new releases on Thursday.
