Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has taken a very good opening which is only second to Stree 2 if we take into account the films released in 2024. The day is playing out like a national holiday or very close to a national holiday when it was expected to be a slow day with Puja expected to be on Friday and the national holiday to come Saturday but generally Puja was done on Thursday barring some places.

It may be like a national holiday but on the other side the film was taking on the might of Singham Again which is a huge film and initially it has actually come out on top. Now whether this remains till the end of day is another question as Singham Again has more shows and advances in many parts started later but the fact it leads in morning shows in most parts of the country is in itself a huge victory for the film.

The film had a good trailer though the music could have been better but the franchise value of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is strong enough that it could actually compete and open better than a big budget franchise like Singham Again. The film is leading Singham Again in circuits like East Punjab and West Bengal in such a way that it looks pretty impossible for Singham Again to catch up in these parts. The leads in Delhi / UP and CI also look very healthy.

The film is basically a winner with this level of opening as the film does not have a huge budget and just a normal trend will take it to a very good final number but the film has a clean advantage in front of it and hopefully the merits are there to really take benefit of this and become a huge HIT.
