Sky Force has collected 13.50-14 crore nett on the first day but it has with many offers and also block blockings at multiplexes. There is a huge disparity in business between certain multiplexes and single screens in the same city. There is also a huge disparity with overseas and most of the singles screens and overseas are free from what has gone on in the multiplexes of India.

The number would have been good if it came in the normal way, even a 10 crore nett number would have been good. The advances are strong for today and its certain to show a jump but what is real value and what is would be the actual jump cannot be judged due to the bookings. Basically all this has taken away from the film as its become irrelevant (good or bad) and its about where the numbers are going to be taken to. So the conversation is not about Sky Force but about Sky Farce.

Normally this thing is mainly there for the weekend but this looks like going further as if its a sort of game. It is not the way to get collections up on the board but many exhibitors will be happy as its like a festive period for them and a big bonus to see such sort of numbers with Sky Force. Even circuits show disparity with some being higher than other circuits they should not be so comparisons here become pointless and comparisons with other films are also pointless.

The weekend will see strong numbers for sure and a 50 crore nett weekend can be penned in for the film, There was another release Ramayana which is an animation film but it had dull collections in the 30 lakhs nett range. Limited scope for animation even if its Ramayana.
