Sky Force collected 23.50 crore nett on its second day and this takes the two days collections to 37 crore nett but there is actually not much to say and its just collections on paper. Actually it would not be right to say collections as these are just numbers and such numbers which are far above the merits of the film.
The collections in many single screens show the real story of the film although it can be said that the film is not for single screens they should still be much much higher considering the collections at multiplexes. The Saturday business is such that some places are showing jumps of 200% but there are falls of 100% also in places also.
The numbers of the film will show further growth on Sunday as its pretty much showing in the advances of many centres but all this just for the books. It is a holiday for Republic Day so as the film is promoted as a patriotic film it would have got a decent audience in on this day but what that audience is it will never be known.
The main takeaway from this film after last weeks cinema day is that these discounted tickets are now having less affect as now it seems that less of the public is falling for the gimmick and making a decision whether they actually want to see the film rather than come just because the ticket is cheap. The fact the cinema days and discounted rates started to happen more often has almost killed this ploy as well. The numbers of Sky Force are as follows.
Friday - 13,50,00,000
Saturday - 23,50,00,000
TOTAL - 37,00,00,000
