Sitaare Zameen Par crossed the 250 crore mark worldwide in its fourth weekend as it stands at 254 crore. The film can maybe add another 5-10 crore for a finish in the 260-265 crore range, The film should have got higher numbers in overseas due to the Aamir Khan and genre factor but will finish with around $8 million. .

The overseas numbers are less than a Thugs Of Hindustan and that is counting the original Hindi film only while a disaster like Laal Singh Chaddha also did $7.50 million and Secret Superstar was $6.2 million and this is also counting the original Hindi film only. In India it has performed better than all these films with huge gaps against Laal Singh Chaddha and Secret Superstar which is not the case in overseas. 

The best numbers in overseas are in Gulf but it should have been US / Canada and that is basically where the underperformance has come. The worldwide numbers of Sitaare Zameen Par are as follows.
