Dhurandhar 2 was extraordinary on the second day after smashing all records on day one as it collected around 72 crore nett which is a minor drop and this is coming after it was a partial holiday on the first day. It means the drop is hardly anything. The trend is just phenomenal as it could easily have dropped more but the audience is just desperate to watch this film.

The film can be called an ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER already going by this trend but you still you always wait for the Monday and after to rubber stamp. The trend is so starong that some circuits are actually a little higher than the first day. The film has a total of around 188 crore nett and this has come in two and a half days with the best two days yet to come.

The next two days will see box office carnage of the sort not seen in recent history. This film at the moment is far bigger than anything we have seen in the recent past and the wait now is actually how well does the film hold over the weekdays. No doubt the film is holding but what will be the level. The film has hit pay dirt and it again shows that ONLY theatres can give you these sort of profits when it goes right. It HAS always been the case and WILL remain the case. The film split into two parts will probably hit a PROFIT going over 1000 crore with all revenue accounted for and this has never been seen or heard of before in the history of Indian cinema.
