Kesari has had a good extended weekend of 78-79 crore nett but the Sunday growth was a bit less with collections set to be in the 21-22 crore nett range. The big metro multiplexes have shown little growth but mass circuits like Gujarat, Bihar, Rajasthan and CPCI should take it to 22 crore nett or maybe even a little more.

The growth generally seems muted on Sunday as the likes of Badla, Captain Marvel and other release have not grown like they should as per early estimates but that will only be known in the morning.

Kesari has done well all over in its extended first weekend including Mumbai and South (Tamil Nadu and Kerala is weak but thats the case with most Hindi films) which could have struggled to collect for a film like this. The extended weekend ensures a successful film but its need to hold well over the next 5-6 days to emerge a HIT film. The best business for Kesari is Delhi / UP and East Punjab with former doing around 19 crore nett and the latter hitting 10 crore nett. Mumbai is over 20 crore nett but that was boosted by a big first day of 7 crore nett.
