Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania had a good opening with collections in the 45-50% range at multiplexes. The film has seen one of the better openings of the year till date. There are areas affected by Ramadan and in some areas like Mumbai ther was heavy rain which hit the film but overall the opening is good.

North India was best especially Delhi city and East Punjab and both have opened at th rate where they can hit 1 crore nett for the day which would be an very good for a film like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. Multiplexes of Rajasthan also opened well especially in Jaipur.
