Shadaa is rock steady on the weekdays as it collected 2 crore nett on Wednesday. This is the first time that a Punjabi film has remained over 2 crore nett  for six consecutive days and to that into perspective is that the films with opening day numebrs of 2 crore nett or more can be counted on one hand and one of these is Shadaa itself.

The collections so far in six days are almost 15.75 crore nett so its looking like a first week in the range of 17.50 crore nett. It does look like the film will be the highest grossing Punjabi film ever though it has to be seen where the second Friday lands. 

If the second Friday is steady then it will set new benchmarks in the industry with the chance of the worldwide number going to 70 crore when no other film has breached 60 crore till date. Also this is coming with competition from a huge Hindi hit in the form of Kabir Singh. The collections of Shaada till date are as follows.
