Commando 3 did good business at the box office Sunday with collections of 8 crore nett which is a big number for this film. No Commando film has done a daily number like this before and the Sunday business has taken the film to around 18.50 crore nett.

The number could come out better in the morning as the mass centres growth is huge be it Rajasthan, CP Berar, CI, Bihar or Gujarat. All these circuits are topping 50% growth on Sunday. The jump will probably be turn out to be the best of the year on Sunday as there is a good chance that the final numbers can go higher than the early estimates. The best growth on Sunday so far has been Total Dhamaal which went up 40% on Sunday.

The film is now in a position to beat the previous Commando films in just three days and its pretty certain that the franchise goes to different level. If the film holds it will be an excellent result for the film as its a film which has a big audience on satellite and digital and a good theatrical share is just a bonus.

Hotel Mumbai will collect around 2.25 crore nett on Sunday for a weekend of 5 crore nett and the Sunday growth gives it some respectability but it remains to be seen how well the film can hold on Monday and it priobably has to the first day number for a decent run.
