Sooryavanshi has recorded an excellent second Friday with collections likely to be a little higher than Thursday as it a got the holiday factor in the North and more importantly the collections in Mumbai and Gujarat also look higher than Thursday.

This will give the film collections of 3.25-3.50 crore nett on its third Friday and this third Friday business ensures it remains on course for a 200 crore nett final total. There will be more hurdles next week with two releases but now it is pretty certain that the film will do better business in week three than other Diwali 200 crore films like Golmaal Again and Housefull 4 did.

The film remained unaffected by the new release Bunty Aur Babli 2 as it collected better than that film across the country barring some cinemas of North India. Bunty Aur Babli 2 has only managed to collect fair numbers in and around Delhi due to the holiday, the collections are very dull in Gujarat and Central India markets with Sooryavanshi being three times ahead at many centres despite being in week three.

Bunty Aur Babli 2 will collect around the 2.75 crore nett range and that is thanks to Guru Nanak Jayanti in the North and here collections are likely to be less on Saturday.
