Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar did reasonable business in its second weekend but considering the weekday trend the business should have been higher. Its likely a number of release has hits its business as screenings reduced at multiplexes to provide space for the new releases. the film grossed around 15 crore nett in its second weekend taking its 12 day total to 94 crore nett.. 

The film will be flirting with the 100 crore nett mark after two weeks but it is too late and this number should have come much earlier. The film has managed good business in Delhi city, Gurgaon and Noida and that is about it while other places are average to dull. The plus is that its not fared as badly as some of the other big films and at least the film be an AVERAGE success.

It can be also said that the collections are pretty decent for the box office scenario today but in reality the scenario is pretty good and its just the films are not good or lets say dated for post pandemic. The reality is that Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar was among the bigger 6-7 original Hindi films of the year and there is little chance the film can reach 125 crore nett which it should have done eyes closed. The collections of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar till date are as follows.
