Bholaa had a fair first day as it got into double digits with collections of 10-10.25 crore nett. The film was aided by the Ram Navami holiday which helped certain mass pockets to get better collections while the 3D version of the film helped collections at multiplexes.

The collections are decent as the film looked very heavy and even action films need relief be it through music or other elements  and a double digit number was going to be a par result number for the film. It could have been helped by better in collections in Maharashtra and even MP could have done better. The 3D is a huge plus as far as business in multiplexes goes.

The best performance is probably the Delhi / Up market and even East Punjab has woken up a little as almost 90 lakh is pretty good for this and also the circuit has not been performing well at all since the pandemic (only KGF2 can be said to outperformed in this circuit). The 3D may have helped due to many big multiplexes in the circuit.

The opening day gives the film a chance, There is a drop in collections in the morning but that is natural and its about the recovery post afternoon and how close they can take the film to its day one number. The film must come back to the day one level on Saturday and Sunday has to be higher and then it can benefit the holidays over the next couple of weeks.
