Jawaan recorded the highest advance of all time as it put up around 55 crore nett for its four day weekend. For the first day the collections are almost 29 crore nett before a show has commenced and Pathaan was around 2-2.50 crore nett less for day one. Basically Pathaan was 26.75 crore nett. The advances for the rest of the weekend are a little down on Pathaan but that hardly matters and its one day less also.

Shahrukh Khan now leads the charts with both his films at the top and is the only star to cross the 50 crore nett benchmark in advance. It can also be said the only star to top 25 crore nett for day one in advance also. Both these are the benchmarks now. in terms of advance. The game has changed for the bigger films now as the urgency with the public is much more so there will be bigger advances. Before the pandemic even a 30 crore nett was not too easy but that today is nothing for a big budget film.

Jawan is also doing this with competition around though it has managed to get screens which are pretty much similar to Pathaan despite there being holdovers. The advance could have gone higher but the final programming got settled late in the day.  The advance records are done and its about the REAL box office records which are set to be smashed across the world.  The top advances for all films released in Hindi in terms of collections till date are as follows
