Jawan has also smashed the box office overseas with collections of $20.50 million over the extended four day first weekend. Pathaan had a five day weekend and it did $25.50 million but the three day numbers of the film are going to be every similar with Pathaan at $16.50 million and Jawan in a similar range.

But the fact is that Pathaan is a huge $5 million ahead by the end of the first weekend and in Overseas this is far too high of an number for a film to cover after the initial weekend. In India it is different as Gadar 2 has shown or will eventually show. The numbers would be even less for Jawan with a Friday release so with the insane stardom of Sharukh Khan in overseas it is now hard to see a normal Friday release for Shahrukh Khan due to the shortfall in business a three day weekend will leave.

Jawan got a15 certificate in may countries including UK and Australia which has affected the film even though numbers are huge and only second to Pathaan. The best performance is in Gulf as the four day numbers are higher than the first four days of Pathaan though obviously even here Pathaan had the higher number for the whole weekend due to the extra day. The film is set to put up a mammoth overseas number though will stay below Pathaan by 15-20%. The Overseas collectiosn of Pathaan are as follows. 

United Kingdom - £1,300,000 ($1,650,000) apprx

US / Canada - $7,500,000 apprx

Gulf - $7,000,000 apprx

Australia - A$2.100,000 ($1,350,000) apprx

Rest Of The World - $3,000,000 apprx

TOTAL - $20,500,000 apprx (INR 170 crore)
