Jawan is looking at an outstanding hold on Monday as it should collect around the 30 crore nett mark which is a huge number for a non holiday Monday and after a huge extended four day weekend. The Monday numbers will be better than Pathaan and only Gadar 2 has actually scored a 30 crore nett plus Monday outside a holiday but there it was the day before a national holiday so that would have benefitted it.

The hold means that the film is now a certified BLOCKBUSTER and it remains to be seen where the film eventually goes. The hold also means it has the potential to go to the 500 crore nett mark but there is a long way to go for that. The open run over the next few will ensure good numbers for the next 2-3 weeks

The total collections of the film will be 278 crore nett apprx after four days and it will be be a comfortable 300 crore nett plus in six days. It will be interesting how the likes of Gujarat and CPCI Rajasthan have held on Monday and have they held better as these areas were comparably lower over the weekend and better holds on Monday make that journey to 500 crore nett a little more easier.

The film came with crazy expectations due to the huge success of Pathaan and these sort of expectations are not easy to live upto but the Monday hold means the film has worked in a big way and now its just about how high the final number can be.
