Animal recorded the fourth highest advance of all time with almost 40 crore nett collections for 3 days before the first show and around 23 crore nett was for the first day. It is a normal day release and a Friday too so there were good contributions on Saturday and Sunday which is not the case with some of the holiday and odd day openers. 

The overall numbers are excellent all over there is under performance in some areas but that is mainly because some sectors are incredibly high which makes others look smaller. The advances maybe around 30% less than the likes of Pathaan and Jawan but it will break records of those films in some circuits for sure. The multiplex chain Moviemax has broken the record of Jawan and recorded the highest advance collecting 18k tickets for day one.

There are also many cities across India that have higher advances than Jawan and Pathaan which is another sign that some circuits will get higher collections than those huge openers.  the South craze also matches the Shahrukh Khan starrers despite the film having a very heavy North India feel but there the director has his own following, The top advances for all films released in Hindi in terms of collections till date are as follows.
