Dhurandhar continued with its inflated numbers as the feeding spread to more cinemas than the first day. The first day the feeding was mainly concentrated on one chain but the second day saw this feeding go wider. The story of the film is something like the hero infiltrating the terrorists but here its become about infiltrating the multiplexes and buying tickets. The film itself may go not be able to go wider but makers have gone wider in buying tickets.

The numbers of the film are 24 crore nett on day one and around 27 crore nett on the second day but these are just numbers. In terms of collections the figures are much lower but the trend is much better than these numbers show. The growth showing is around 13% but it could actually be more like 30% which is good and it could even be more than 30%.

Taking out all the crap that is going the film has done decent business over the first two days. It has seen healthy gains on Saturday which gives the film a chance of holding on Monday and then running well for a few weeks. This would not mean much if it was one film but its turned into films and both films together can mean the budget of the film gets covered as long as the film holds on Monday.

The buying of tickets have made it into a farce so despite the film doing reasonable business so far it all becomes about the buying and only god knows what is the aim of the makers in terms of perception.
