Honsla Rakh is set for a strong hold on Saturday with collections set to go over 2 crore nett and may even get to the 2.25 crore nett. This is despite the film coming off the Dusshera hold on day one.
It will take the all India business to around 4.50-4.75 crore nett which is easily the best post the pandemic. The East Punjab number is set to come down to the 1.50 crore nett mark but it will have a shot at the 2 crore nett mark on Sunday which if it can get will be a first post the pandemic.
The Punjab theatres are being at 66% capacity now while it was 50% on day one. This will help the collections potentially go a little higher per show compared to day one. The film could emerge the first BLOCKBUSTER in India post the pandemic for Punjabi cinema if it holds well post Monday.
The collections of this film are not said to be huge because its come after the pandemic so expectations are lower, these numbers would be great even if they came before March 2020.
