Happy New Year has grossed around 173 crore nett in seventeen days as it grossed around 4.50 crore nett over its third weekend. The film again collected very well on Saturday and Sunday at multiplexes all over.
The business of the films stands at eighth place on the all time list and should finish in sixth places as it is likely to cross Krrish 3 (175 crore nett) and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (178 crore nett). The fifth placed film is Ek Tha Tiger at 186 crore nett but Happy New Year will stay below that figure.
