Jaat is heading towards success as it sees solid business on Sunday with a jump of 30-40% and it could even come out a little more. The film is looking to do business of 12-13 crore nett on Sunday. The huge plus is that weaker pockets like Maharashtra and Gujarat have seen very good jumps on Sunday especially the latter. It will push Mumbai circuit to a decent number on Sunday and although its trended well here post day one the numbers have been low but Sunday will change that.

The film will record excellent numbers in Rajasthan while Delhi / UP and Wast Punjab will be good. The film was a Thursday release and it was bound to see a drop the next day but it has recovered very well and Sunday will see figures almost double of the Friday which signals some appreciation for the film.

The four day weekend is looking to be above 37 crore nett and there is a holiday on Monday for the film have another good day. It will be Tuesday that can confirm the success of the film but its on the right track to give the industry a much needed lift. The importance of these mid level budget films to succeed can not be understated if the industry is to prosper and maybe one will be coming with Jaat.

It is important to mention the collections are organic here and if on Tuesday Jaat can see a hold it will be genuine success which has not been manufactured or attempted to manufacture for success in the various ways that the industry has found post pandemic.
