Jaat did good business on Sunday as it collected 14 crore nett showing a very strong jump in business all over. The growth on Sunday was a huge 50% as the film benefited in the evening and night shows as they did not drop like a normal Sunday due to a partial holiday on Monday. Also the film is doing better in the mass circuits and they generally do better on Sunday. The film has collected a decent 39 crore nett over the first four days.

The trend of the film is good as well though an important circuit like Mumbai continues to have low numbers. There was a big jump on Sunday especially in the Gujarat side but the circuit is only at a 20% ratio when the norm is i the 30-35% range. The 20% is better than what it got on day one but this needed to be more higher.  The story is the opposite in Rajasthan where the film is excellent and Delhi / UP and East Punjab are good. 

There is a holiday on Monday in many states and that should benefit the film and the number should be around 50% higher than it would have otherwise got with a normal Monday but its about where the film lands on Tuesday. The film will emerge a success if Tuesday can show a decent hold which will enable the film to get a run for a few weeks.

The film has done HIT business in Rajasthan and Delhi / UP and East Punjab could also end up that way in the long run but others are less and even if just Mumbai circuit had done around its a normal ratio it would have been a sure shot HIT.  It still has a chance but its tougher now and depends on what happens over the next 10-15 days.
